The Legacy Fund Community Life & Learning Center, formerly the old Carmel Library, is now home to Legacy Fund/CICF, IUPUI and IVY Tech State College. The facility was completely renovated with the inclusion of a fire suppression system. The Legacy Fund/CICF, occupies 6,000 sq. ft., while IUPUI and IVY Tech State College utilize space for a satellite campus. A common area rounds out the balance of the space for community use providing a meeting room and Cyber Cafe.
